KEY WORDS
Bias is output when the gyro is stationary (input angular velocity = 0), which is in other words called zero point error. Bias is gradually fluctuated over time. Usually, the standard deviation (σ) of this amount of fluctuation is called drift. It is generally used as an indicator of a characteristics of gyroscope. Unless otherwise specified, the drift value on this site is the value when dead zone processing is not applied.
